The Department of International Magical Cooperation is in busy chaos - it has become the most important department of the Ministry, far more so than even the Department of Law Enforcement, due to the nature of the magical world. When first entering the Ministry of Magic, many will find themselves on the eight level, in the Atrium. In the center of the lobby is a large statue of a wizard trapped in chains with Muggles surrounding him. [/size]
